Exceptional location next to the Basilica. The agent was super-helpful in booking us nearby parking (there's no access for cars in central Lecce). Very quiet and peaceful.
There's no balcony or place to sit outside (but plenty of great cafes in the street outside).

Location. Size of the room. Viviana was gracious and helpful.
Although staff was responsive by text and helpful, it would have helped to have some written recommendations and instructions.

Staff at the Tourist shop where you checked in were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were great but the location in the Centro was the VERY BEST!
One of our rooms had an inside shutter on the door window that was unable to close entirely and seal leaving a space for potential onlookers but we managed.
