A perfect hotel from start to finish! Not only was the hotel perfect, but the staff were also so lovely and kind. My daughter celebrated her birthday during our stay and the team surprised her in our room—it was so joyful and heartwarming to see your thoughtful gesture. We can't wait to come back and stay with you again. Simply perfect!

Room, pool, breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, great atmosphere. Wonderful effort made by staff to welcome us back & a lovely box of chocolates when we checked out of hotel.

Bed is slightly hard, but still comfy enough. We asked & got a contour pillow but it’s passable, as not a good one. I suggest that although it is not your responsibility, you should consider a clean-up of the beach area either side of the hotel, as there were a lot of discarded plastic bottles washed onto the beach.

Amazing hotel, excellent staff, incredible facilities, and great restaurants. Overall, everything was perfect,

one issue that significantly affected our vacation. During our stay, there were two private events at the hotel with loud music and noise, which was very disruptive and made it difficult for us to fully enjoy our stay. In addition, some of the hotel’s restaurants were closed due to these events, which was also disappointing. I believe guests should be informed in advance if private events are scheduled during their stay, including the potential impact on noise levels and the availability of hotel facilities and restaurants. Guests should then be given the choice to decide whether they still want to stay at the hotel or make alternative arrangements.
