L'ancora Beach Hotel

Оценка: 7/10 Отель нормальный, но есть моменты, которые стоит знать заранее. Плюсы: В целом всё устроило. Mв не ждали лакшери, понимали , что 4 звезды — всё адекватно. Еда нормальная, гарниров маловато и меню однообразное, но мне больше и не надо. Персонал не напрягал, территория маленькая, но чистая.

1. Шумоизоляция — это беда. Слышно всё: и соседний отель с дискотекой до полуночи, и свою дискотеку на территории. Если хочешь спать в 11–12, не получится. 2. Лежаки на пляже — сотрудники не следят. Люди кидают полотенца с утра и уходят на весь день. Приходится вставать рано, чтобы занять место, иначе лежишь на камнях. Это самое раздражающее. 3. Прачечная — отдельный кошмар. Сдали вещи перед вылетом, ждали долго, вернули грязные, в пакете, всё провоняло. Летели домой в мятых вонючих вещах. Это было самое неприятное за всю поездку. 4. Весы платные — 1 евро с человека, даже если взвешиваешься вдвоём. Мелочь, но неприятно. 5. Бассейн — странный. Вроде под открытым небом, но вокруг стены, лежаков нет, позагорать нельзя. Смысла в нём почти нет. 6. Утюга не было.

The food was really good: a wide variety of meals and desserts, a grill bar with grilled fish or meat every day, traditional Turkish coffee during the teatime break. The beach is very close to the hotel and it’s equipped with a railed ramp for easy water access (perfect for those who can’t swim or feel uncomfortable on the pebbles). The territory (the main hall and garden) is pretty, with many palms, trees, and flowers.

When booking the property, it was mentioned that the spa (the Hammam and sauna) are available as part of the all-inclusive package. While it is true, it was only available between 12-14 PM which coincides with the lunch time. Also, once, during this time, the Hammam was occupied by visitors with paid spa treatment, so it was not possible to enter. The location, while good, is very noisy. There is always some kind of music, especially in the evening. There is a party hotel nearby, which can be heard from some rooms, so very loud party music can be heard even with the windows shut, until 12 AM. In addition, there is music from the nearby bar on the beach as well as the music in the garden bar in the daytime, and it’s quite loud. I really struggled to find a quiet place to read or make a phone call as the music is everywhere.

Neat room, fresh bed sheets. Good shower. First coast line. Close to many tourist facilities and city square.

1. Upselling porposes. I've booked economy room, the receptionist said that all economy rooms were taken and suggested me to upgrade +20€ daily to comfort room. (however by the rule of Booking, they have to check into room equal or higher). And only after refusing to upgrade, he gave me the key from remained comfort room. 2. Rude staff. No manner communication. Aggressive offering of hammam, baths, massages, even while I was lunching. 3. Were no silence in the room. Air conditionings and refregerators were humming during all night. 4. WiFi... Just was called so. 1.3 MBps. Sometimes it wasn't possible event to check email. 5. Childs club. No way! - just a small room. Without any animators as usual has to be in Turkey hotels.
