Questa bella casa al piano superiore aggiornata e ristrutturata si trova a bordo piscina in una posizione tranquilla vicino ai due campi da tennis disponibili. Fornito chiavi in mano e tutto compreso la pulizia è inclusa!Parcheggio coperto. Confortevole stile contemporaneo. Bagni in granito e cucina. Lavanderia privata a grandezza naturale. Elettrodomestici più recenti. Frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio per quelle divertenti bevande all'ombrello! Barbecue a gas nel patio. Giocattoli da piscina e sedie a sdraio in dotazione. Tutte le utenze incluse: internet wireless, cavo "pacchetto argento", Smart TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno. Master camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, camera degli ospiti (convertito Den con armadio) ha un letto matrimoniale. Entrambi hanno bagni en-suite. Grandi sentieri escursionistici proprio dall'altra parte della strada! Il campo da golf Tahquitz Creek e CC è proprio dietro l'angolo. entrambi: i negozi di alimentari Trader Joe e Vons sono solo per la tua comodità. Amerai questa bellissima proprietà.

Nice location. The condo was well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on the deck which overlooked the pool/hot tub.

This is our 2nd year and Laura’s unit never disappoints. It has everything we need, location is perfect and the people in this complex are a lot of fun! The property is always prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. We would definitely rent here again!

This unit is as described! Fully equipped for a long stay. We loved the suite, the complex and the location. The property manager was great, coming back next year.

This condo community appears to be a mix of full-time residents and owners who come for the season. Walls are thick so we didn't hear any neighbor noise... just a little traffic from Palm Canyon on the bedroom side of the condo. Even with covid, we felt good about the pools and Jacuzzi = not crowded and usually empty when we stayed for a month in October / November. The adjacent neighborhood around Tahquitz Creek Golf Course is wonderful for walking - midcentury homes / no traffic. There is also an "arroyo seco" (dry river wash) which has a walking path. And if you cross Palm Canyon / Highway 111 - there is a hiking path up the mountain.
