Nice breakfast nice location

Beds were really comfortable

General ambience in the restaurant during the evening was poor no music or atmosphere at all

The entire staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. A special shout-out to Javier, who was absolutely fantastic from the moment I arrived, as well as the rest of the team working during my check-in. It was wonderful to be greeted so warmly.

Nothing in particular

It was clean.

We didn’t get the room that I booked for but that could have been communication between the hotel and Booking.com. There is a telephone in the room and reception kept ringing to check we are having a nice stay but it seems constant on both nights, when you’re do bath time for children and try and get them to sleep if you don’t answer the first time and they only give it a few rings, they keep trying until you do, my husband had to go down and say stop. We booked two rooms and it was the same in both rooms.
