La situation
La taille des chambres, pas de chauffage et les finitions qui ne sont pas terminées

La magnifique vue sur mer, chambre avec balcon et salle de bain spacieuses, literie de qualité, gentillesse du personnel

Nous avons trouvés l’hôtel par hasard en voulant passer un week-end dans le sud, en toute simplicité, sans grandes exigences quant au lieu.
Qu’elle ne fut pas notre surprise ! Nous avons été véritablement conquis par cet hôtel !
Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, mais au-delà l’équipe qui compose ce lieu a été incroyable durant tout le séjour, nous avons été chouchoutés du début à la fin !
On sent une véritable passion, une envie de recevoir et de bien faire les choses de la part de tous! Des chambres au restaurant tout est parfait !
Un grand bravo, vous avez vraiment embelli notre week-end, nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

Good location, amazing view, beautiful area, beautiful hotelnif you like the style.
It was beautiful but a bit to old.
The room didn't smell from mold, we found out that our door can't be locked, and the Handel was broken

It is a lovely property with so much potential to be much better value!
it is in lovely grounds close to the coast, but really needs and deserves a fabulous make-over to show off its potential and to restore it to what it could be.
Rooms are large, but need some new furnishings, and they have fabulous views.
The dining room was not open for dinner, and the terrace was not set up for using, and breakfast was help yourself, with no service at all on our last day.
Lack of attention to detail in property overall, and in need of upkeep inside and out.

I didn’t try the breakfast, but the restaurant room was lovely inside and outside on the terrace. I very much enjoyed the 3-course dinner.
There was a courtesy fridge in the room that was stocked with 2 little bottles of water when I arrived. It would have been a nice touch if they had been replenished daily. But they weren’t.

Very outdated decor, peeling paint, old furniture and old smell in the lobby. Breakfast was very poor.

disappointed to be in a room at the rear of the property which had a balcony but was same tariff as those at the front of the hotel with a full sea view and nice balcony with a good sun shade - seems wrong. There was just one room per floor like this.

hotel is very tired. bathrooms are ancient. it is huge. staff are a little haphazard.

Excellent location, 3 mins walk to the sea. Surfers paradise. Hotel is set on small incline which may not suit people with mobility issues. Few local bars and restaurants. Hotel quite colonial, beautiful pool and surroundings. We had Privilege Double room on 3rd floor, very basic but clean and comfortable.
Room had only basic toiletries, no body lotion or hair conditioner. No coffee or tea making facilities in room. Had to pay €15 for our small dog just for 1 night.

Excellent location, nice swimming pool with comfy beds. Grounds of the hotel are nice. Cleaning staff were lovely and friendly and did a great job. Great shower pressure and comfy bed. Car park provided.
The size of the standard room was very small, shower was very narrow, and the standards were quite poor, chipped paint on all furniture, sockets with hole on the wall. There were not enough sockets in the room, none at bedsides.
The hotel has great potential but is a little old and could do with some renovations.
