This is an older building and nicely decorated. Reception closes between 12h00 - 14h00 - we messaged them through the Booking.com website and we were allowed to check in early. We also needed an early check out on a Sunday, which was no problem and the owners booked us a taxi to the airport which arrived on time and got us there in under 15 mins for a €30 fare. Throughout the stay, the staff were brilliant and helpful, giving tips about what to see and marking it on a little map. You are given a pass code for the front door so that you can come and go as you please. We had a room for 3 (a double and two singles) which was comfortable and clean, with wooden shutters and views towards the mountains. The photo is the view from the window. There was a powerful walk in shower and separate toilet. Breakfast was good value- a serve yourself buffet with lots of choice for €9. Location is just outside the old town and 5-10 mins walk from Castillet etc and 2 mins from a supermarket where you can stock up on water, snacks etc.
This hotel is nice and we would definitely stay again. However, as we are prompted to think of negatives, we would mention that the air conditioning in the room worked but seemed to circulate the air rather than cool it at times. The plug sockets are away from the beds, so you need to charge your phone on the other side of the room - perhaps not a bad thing if you're setting the alarm for an early flight, it gets you out of bed!

the air con either didn’t work or we didn’t understand the very basic instructions, it was very hot and humid but I understand the hotel can’t control the weather!

Breakfast was good, very friendly staff who advised us what to see in Perpignan. Beds were very comfy. Having a kettle was a nice extra.
Only that the next door room was a little noisy but not for long. The location was quiet in general.

Great location in Perpignan between the railway station and old city centre. Receptionist was really helpful and advised us on places to see in Perpignan including an amazing building that was free. Breakfast was good continental range with nice pastries

very old appartment, loud, not good cleaned, free parking means not that they have a parking space, if you find one on the public street, it is free to park - we had no chance to find one :(

Clean. Comfortable beds and pillows
Unfortunately we had a bad night sleep due to the heat and noise. Location wise is walking distance to the center and castle yet more on a residential area that we wouldn’t know how to rate as we don’t know the city well.

The hotel was clean and functional. We booked as a stop - off on our way to Spain, and the hotel suited our needs perfectly.
The manager of the hotel was very helpful. He described some places of interest to us, for us to visit that evening and recommend a good local place to eat, which was delicious.
We ate breakfast there, which was very good.

Réception was closed between 11 and 2 so we couldn’t drop off our suitcases when we arrived in the morning.

The staff were friendly, knowledgable about the area and went out of their way to help us with a problem with our car. Very good and good value breakfasts.

Nice location and nice, welcoming staff.
Single bed was too small even for me (1 meter 58).
Facilities are quite outdated. AC was functional but really old.
Room was correct but don't feel it's worth the rate of the room. Especially if breakfast is not included in the fee.

Really comfy bed and excellent shower. Staff weren't around for check in but had left everything we needed nice and clearly. Great place for a short stay!

Check-In had a restricted time of attention but they left the keys of our bedroom with the instructions for us and it was really easy to accomodate. Really good attention

Very friendly & helpful staff, central location, very clean. Good, decent & generous breakfast. Really good value for money. There is even tea & coffee facility in the room; which we did not expect. Would stay there again if visiting Perpignan in the future.
