Perfect location if you are visiting the Grassi museum, and very close to the center, literally a block. Quiet, spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. They might get hot in the summer, so in case, book for the air conditioning as advised by the ads. The parking was very convenient. A breakfast box will be left on your door at 7 am, and it was good. We loved the place and will definitely use it again on our next trip to Leipzig.

It was not a problem for us, but know that there is no breakfast buffet or cooked things, it’s just a box delivered at your door. But you have in your room a kitchen and a coffee machine!

Piacevolmente sorpresa da questa struttura. Abituata a prenotare in appartamenti residenziali con metrature più ampie, ho apprezzato l'ampiezza di camere e bagno ma soprattutto l'angolo cottura. Questo spazio non è grande come una normale cucina ma ottimamente accessoriato: vasellame di qualità totalmente coordinato (piatti e tazze con belle immagini floreali), pentole nuove, ben tenute e varie per grandezza e funzione. A disposizione di ogni ospite un telo da bagno e una salvietta. Lo segnalo perchè ho notato che in Germania sono soliti fornire solo il telo da bagno, davvero insufficiente a mio avviso. Facilità di accesso tramite codice. Presente ascensore ma consiglio, almeno in discesa, di usare la bellissima scala a chiocciola in legno. A disposizione parcheggio a pagamento nelle pertinenze dell'AppartamentHotel a tariffa consona. Nel caso, nelle vicinanze presente anche un autosilo. Ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Lipsia tranquillamente a piedi. A circa 150 metri, di fronte alla struttura, c'è un supermercato Edeka. Ci siamo fermati solo una notte ma se dovessimo tornare a Lipsia soggiorneremmo ancora in questa struttura.

Per fortuna siamo arrivati in orario di reception poiché, per errore, c'era stata affidata una stanza singola e non con due camere come da prenotazione. Problema prontamente risolto dalla responsabile presente con gentilezza e competenza.

The location is very convenient, it's within walking distance to the main square of Leipzig (Augustusplatz), with tram and bus just outside the door. You will also find supermarkets, bakeries amd cafes very close. The room was spacious, with nice furniture and a convenient kitchenette.

This property is misleadingly advertised as a hotel when it's clearly an appartment complex that offers room cleaning and breakfast. Breakfast that comes in a box at a fixed time so you HAVE to get up and get it when they bring it to you at 7AM (there was butter, yogurt and tomatoes in there!). You also have to use cutlery from the room's kitchenette and clean them afterwards (they charge extra if you leave stuff that need cleaning in the sink).There was no soap/shampoo in the shower, only hand soap for the bathroom sink. In my case I couldn't even sleep past sunrise (~6:30) because the kitchen window has blinds instead of a curtain and light passed from the sides of the blinds directly on the bed. They also don't have a 24h reception. I arrived late because of a train cancellation and that was outside the few hours that they have a receptionist. Luckily they left keys in a safe and a message in the app how to open the front door and the safe, which went smoothly, but that's not a hotel experience. Also, if you go in the summer, they charge extra for enabling the air conditioning in the room. If I knew about these things I would simply not book here, because a hotel experience is something quite different than whatever this was. Even by german hospitality standards, it was not a great choice, especially for the money. You can find better options that give you the full hotel experience. If you are an older backpacker that wants more comfort than a hostel, but not a hotel, you'll be fine here. Just don't pay for breakfast, there are excellent bakeries and cafes in the vicinity.
