We were tucked away at the top as last room to book
No choice at breakfast which I didn't realise

Super location for views of the bay and harbour. Lisa and Keith are great hosts with lots of nice touches and good breakfast in the room.
Proximity to dog area on beach led to lots of dog barking noise as well as road noise. Lots of areas are looking tired in the hotel. Stairs an issue for us this time too.
