The proximity to Roma Termini was ideal.
The breakfast was not “continental” as advertised. Breakfast was a croissant, a piece of fruit, and toast.

Breakfast was minimal, location was fine
That I had to go to another location to get checked in, it was stated as 4, however the "check in" was at 6. Entered and asked lady at front desk, if I was at the right place, she was rude and proceeded to ignore me.
I then went back to the 4 address, and was looking around for the front desk reception, only to hear her screaming in Italian at me. I told her that I have a reservation for two nights, she then said that I should told her that.
Now isn't that something she should ask of anyone who approaches her at her front desk?
Totally RUDE!!
Sure she got pleasant after she realized that I was a fully booked confirmed paid guest!!
By then the DAMAGE was DONE!!
