The location is ideal for shopping. Close to DunDun mall, Geangjang market, Doota mall, and Hyundai outlet Mall.
It has a microwave, kitchen sink, laundry facilities and water purifier
The bathrooms aren’t very nice. Needs to be upgraded

Had coin laundry service and had water dispenser. Room is also spacious.
Cleaning is not done daily. Towels are changed but cleaning only every 3 days and even so the sheets are not replaced coz I still see the dust on sheet on cleaning day when I left the room. The side of the table where tissue was left by previous occupancy is also not cleaned when I checked in.

The front staff left a bit to be desired.
It appears that people live here or have long-term stays. Because they get mail delivered and packages, etc..
We were allowed to leave our luggage until our check-in time.
It is close to the subway and other transportation.
The room we had was three twin beds. A desk and a chair. It would’ve been nice to have somewhere to be able to actually sit, but that’s the room we chose so that’s not on them.
