There was a big group in the hotel during my stay and it was a bit noisy.

great breakfast, super location the spa facilities were well maintained and pleasent, I had a great and professional massage. above all, the staff of the hotel were just lovely, all of them, they made our stay unforgetable

The dining room was a bit crowded, 5 minutes to get coffee from the coffee machine, they should consider adding another stand for drinks cold\hot It was new-year's eve so the hotel was fully booked, I guess it was unusuall, anyway the breakfast was wonderful

Perfekt location, great spa center - pool with salty water, herbal sauna etc. Restaurant is very pleasant. Rooms are comfortable

We had a very nice stay, modern and comfortable room with a balcony and sea view, free access to the pool, sauna (herbal dry was my favourite) and salty/relax room. Also afordable prices for massage and muld treatment. Despite winter time there were sunny days (what is not available in Poland anymore) and close distance to beatuful sandy beaches for a long walks by the sea. We liked the local breakfast and having kettle in the room. Thank you! I recommend to everyone not only during summer but also for a winter break.

Could be useful to have information about available massages and treatments in the rooms. I found it in hotel's website however it might be not that obvoius.

sadly the restaurant was closed when we arrived, but we were delayed by the flight.

Good location near the sea, nice spa and indoor pool.

The food choice for breakfast was small and not tasty. The heating in the room was unregulated and we could not switch it of, that why was very hot in the room.

The studio that we were accommodated was great. We loved the sea view.

Breakfast seemed very disorganized on the first morning. 2 coffee machines would help speed up the queue.

The hotel is well situated. You can admire the panorama of the city at sunset from the Sky Bar on the roof of the building.

Everything else

The position is central within the town and all shops, restaurants and amenities are there. Some staff at the reception speak English. The hotel looks good from outside, but inside there are nasty surprises.

The first evening there we saw death on our face! After dinner at their restaurant the 4 of us, without reading the warning allowing max. 3 persons, we entered the lift to go to our rooms on the 3rd floor. The lift is very far away from the reception area. After a few second the lift STOPPED at 50cm. from the ground and we got trapped inside it. The emergency button was not working and we found ourselves blocked inside with little air in a hot evening of 26th August 2022. We shouted asking for help for 10 minutes in total desperation, thinking we were clearly going to die. Finally the night guard came and calmly called someone by phone who never turned up, while opening his arms to let us know that he was unable to do anything about it. Once we understood that we had to save ourselves we removed a metal handle bar inside the lift with the intention to brake the side glass walls at least to breathe. At the same time we forced the door that eventually opened and we were finally free, but shocked! The morning after we received an email from Booking.com warning us to behave because the hotel management had complained about us. Unbelievable! We were at fault because 4 of us entered the lift that only allows max. 3 people. Sorry about that, we never used that lift again. However, the following week, we saved three Bulgarians who got trapped in the same elevator!!! They were NOT 4 people, but just 3 adults and we took pictures! We screamed on their behalf asking for help, then two men working for the hotel with much calm came to resolve the issue. They went to the basement, and eventually the lift door opened for the three people. The "technicians" refused to talk to us, simply re-opened the lift for the public and just walked away.
