The hotel was gorgeous and felt like a fancy resort, the rooms were large and the bed was genuinely massive which was incredible. We didn't make use of the pool because we were out and about but it looked lovely. The rooms was big and clean.

the staff weren't overly helpful - I'm not sure if things were lost in translation but the communication could have been better. Nothing to complain about really, but if I had to nit pick

I liked the close proximity to the old town and what phra singh Temple 🛕 Boosakorn from the reception had all 3 BATTERIES 🔋 REPLACED after the GUY'S FAILURE to do this the evening PRIOR only changing 1 BATTERY 👀 watched him do this and ASSUMED that he KNEW what he was DOING 😐 Thanks Boosakorn ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️!

There's absolutely no fence for our child between the POOL & Intrawarot RD, VERY BUSY is this RD, we were on holiday and COULDN'T RELAX in PEACE as we were watching our 2year old CONSTANTLY in case they wandered just a Few METRES away from the pool DISTRACTED, as kid's GET 24_7 and WANDERED onto this BUSY RD 😐 The air conditioning Remote Had 2have the BATTERY'S changed 🙈 36DEGREES heat 🥵 and no AC is not good coming from the uk 😑 The Room door 🚪 had 2have the BATTERY'S changed TWICE. Give Reception their credit to when the room door 🚪 stopped WORKING and locking us OUT of the room. They DID send SOMEONE up to FIX this issue, I WATCHED them ONLY changing 1 BATTERY 🔋 🙈😞 Does no 1have any common SENSE in this country 🤔???? Everything is pictured from the pool distance from the Intrawarot RD unfenced or even a SMALL GATE 🤔 this is a 4STAR hotel, so PLEASE sort this issue OUT for people's whom want to come with KIDS and RELAX 😌 😐🤨😑😐
