Lotte Hotel Busan

Absolutely excellent hotel overall. The property is huge, extremely comfortable and very well located for exploring Busan. The room was spotless, the staff were professional and the hotel has basically every service you could need. The gym is exceptional — honestly one of the best hotel gyms I have ever seen. It is enormous and has enough equipment to function almost like a standalone fitness club. The only small improvement I would suggest would be updating a few older machines and adding something like a lat pulldown and seated cable row, just to make the setup even more complete. Breakfast was outstanding. There is an incredible variety of food and it was genuinely one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Another huge plus is the direct connection to Lotte Department Store, so you have shops, restaurants and many services in the same building. Overall, the hotel feels extremely complete and very convenient.

The main downside, in my opinion, is that the sauna and swimming pools require an additional fee. Considering the level of the hotel and the cost of the stay, I personally feel these facilities should be included for hotel guests. The other point I would strongly suggest improving is laundry. For such a large hotel, having a self-service laundry area with several washing machines and dryers would be extremely useful, especially for guests staying longer or travelling for many days. At the moment, you either have to leave the hotel to use a nearby laundromat or pay for laundry per individual item, which is not very practical for longer trips. These are relatively minor points compared with the overall quality of the hotel, but both would make the experience even better.

Great stay, great location and great Staff

Beds were hard and the pillows too soft. But on the plus side the did offer a variety of pillows to choose from.

This was my first time staying in a 'high class' hotel. Never had a guy take our luggage to the room before. Made me feel very special. Staff were so helpful, so friendly, so professional. Thank you.

I have no negatives to say. AI failed in helping us find places to eat etc but that is not your fault.

The area has lots of restaurants
