The Leela Palace Bengaluru

Grand and comfortable. Excellent staff and facilities. Had one of the best massages at the spa.

The Sunday morning breakfast was totally chaotic between 10-10:30. Given it was a Sunday the guest volume was quite high in the last half hour of the breakfast timing. The staff were struggling to cope with the orders and sometimes required reminders.

Beautiful property, excellent atmosphere, and thankfully my stay ended much better than it started. I also really appreciated the General Manager personally reaching out to me after my concerns.

I have been coming to The Leela Palace Bengaluru every year for the past four years and am a loyal Leela guest, having also stayed at the Leela properties in Delhi, Jaipur and Mumbai. Unfortunately, the first room I was given did not match my request, and the second room had issues with the TV and curtain. More disappointing was having to pay an additional half-day simply to extend my check-out until 6pm. Having worked in luxury hospitality for 15 years, I know that small gestures matter. As a returning leisure guest who pays for his stays personally, I would simply expect a little more recognition of that loyalty. I still love The Leela and would return, but I hope regular guests will be better recognized and looked after in the future.

Beautiful architecture and landscape

Too big of a property and too many guests to feel the typical leela service Room in the new area was too far away. Spa was under renovation and not so good. Had very high hopes for leela but they fell short of the hospitality.

The designers and architects have created a remarkable destination that reflects elegance and grandeur.

Having stayed previously at The Leela Ambience Convention Center, Delhi, I noticed a distinct difference in service approach. The Delhi property excels in attentiveness, warmth, and proactive guest engagement, creating an immediate sense of welcome and personal care. While The Leela Palace Bengaluru is visually stunning, the service experience felt comparatively reserved. Simple yet meaningful touches—such as consistent guest recognition, warmer engagement, and anticipatory service—could significantly elevate the overall stay and align it more closely with the exceptional standards demonstrated by your Delhi counterpart. Additionally, my suite, though well-designed, felt smaller than expected and lacked a walk-in closet, which is often anticipated at this category of luxury accommodation. This is shared respectfully, as an observation rather than a complaint. I offer these comments with great respect for your team and brand. With focused service training inspired by the exemplary model at The Leela Ambience Convention Center, Delhi, The Leela Palace Bengaluru has the potential to match its extraordinary beauty with an equally extraordinary guest experience.
