BREAKFAST WAS LOVELY AND THE STAFF THAT WORKED IN THE BREAKFAST ROOM WERE FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. LOVELY. POOL AREA WAS LOVELY

BAR STAFF WERE FRIENDLY BUT NEEDED TRAINING. THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE DRINKS. THEY DID NOT CLEAR UP ANY EMPTY PLATES OR PICK UP EMPTY GLASSES WHEN THEY WERE BRINGING NEW DRINKS. THEY DIDN'T PROACTIVELY ASK IF THEY COULD BRING ANY MORE EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE NOT BUSY. HOTEL WAS FAR AWAY FROM ANY BARS/TAVERNAS/RESTAURANTS - THEY COULD DO A REGULAR TRANSFER SERVICE TO/FROM THE TOWN AT REGULAR INTERVALS. ROOM WASN'T CLEANED VERY WELL. WATER CUPS WERE DIRTY. BATHROOM NOT BRILLIANTLY CLEAN AND WE EVEN HAD TO MAKE UP OUR OWN BEDS ON THE LAST NIGHT - CLEAN BEDDING WAS LEFT ON THE BEDS!

The view of the sea from the room and the spacious balcony was spectacular. The pool area and all seating areas were beautiful. The property was immaculate and only a few minutes drive from the main town of Parikia. The breakfast was varied and delicious with very many savoury and sweet options, freshly prepared each day bMost of all, Laura and Veronica and the entire staff were incredibly gracious and hospitable, offering expert advice and assistance whenever needed. They made us feel at home

The mattress was a little soft, and the coffee machine did not work well

Incredible view from the room and spacious balcony, as well as from all hotel seating areas. Lovely pool. Varied and delicious breakfast lovingly prepared fresh each day with plenty of savoury and sweet options. Great location that is only a few minutes drive from the main town of Parikia, and about a 20 minute walk from one of the island’s many beaches. Most of all, Laura and Veronica and the entire staff were incredibly gracious and hospitable, dispensing much excellent advice and making all arrangements for us for the rental car. They really made us feel at home
