Entry was difficult as I have limited mobility, the steps were steep. I was not told about any alternative entry point.

Excellent location lovely outlook towards river and castle. Beautiful outdoor seating where we enjoyed an excellent evening meal. Beautifully clean with helpful staff and excellent secure parking for 15e

Nothing

Hôtel was good overall with friendly staff, good parking, big rooms, nice outdoor seating for drinks, and comfy beds. It could maybe do with a little tlc eg new carpets, but overall was still very good.

Might be time for new carpets soon. The cleaners would leave the hallway quite cluttered sometimes

Location and riverside vibe

On late check-in the male desk clerk whose was clearly not busy sat behind the desk located adjacent to the front door as I unloaded my vehicle. I requested help and a trolly and he did neither. I was double parked on the street to unload and was attempting to move quickly, a vehicle then approached the other way and a rude man was approaching and followed me into the hotel lobby, and the desk clerk engaged in some talk with him (ignoring to help me so I could checkin quickly (room was prepaid in full) and move my vehicle. He spent more time bantering with the guy instead of assisting me. I specifically suggested to him that if he would help me unload we can checkin more quickly and move the vehicle. He ignored me. A bit later it became clear he was at the end of his shift as he walkout out for the night.
