Exquisitely designed rooms with literally every detail thought about. I’ve been lucky to have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and this is right up there with the very best.

Breakfast hall location.

O luxo do hotel é enorme. Da roupa de cama e banho, amenidades tudo é de super luxo. Localização é excelente perto das lojas e da parte histórica, dá para ir a pé. O staff é muito acolhedor e todos falam bem ingles.

Best location in Beijing. Amazingly helpful staff. Every room is a suite. Loved the swimming pool (which offers complimentary swimming classes) and rooftop bar.

This is the best hotels we've ever stayed! The staff is very attentive and detail-oriented. One day we came back to our room with extreme heat exhaustion and I asked for cold towels, the staff made sure that we had extra water and cold towels every single day for the rest of our stay. The room is spacious, and the breakfast has a great selection (and quality food). We also loved the rooftop bar! It is a nice place to have a nightcap at the end of a busy day.

Breakfast can be better located at the restaurant downstairs like a few years back. Your French restaurant is excellent. Services very good and inexpensive.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was fantastic. I would also like to thank Jane for the warm welcome and the help she gave us and which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay in Beijing.

The swimming pool access was not user friendly for someone with knee/hip issues.
