Location was great, side room sea views if you open the window and lean forward not as the bay windows at front.
Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were just as lovely.
No parking at site, there is free street parking around if you are lucky and the hotel sent very helpful information about what parking options are available in the area.
The hair dryer is faulty it works for around 30 seconds then cuts out and have to wait for it to cool down before you get another 30 burst of heat.
It can be a rowdy noisy area in the daytime from the pubs but it all quiets down after they close with just traffic noises continuing to late.

Seafront with view. Comfortable bed. Water in small bottles provided.
Not that clean - the chandelier had thick dust, the sheet had faded marks. The wall paper on the front wall was damp and water marked.
