L'appartamento si trova in una casa di 3 famiglia che viene in primo piano con un cortile privato che ha panchine, tavolini, grill a gas, griglia a carbone e una torre di fuoco. L'appartamento è stato totalmente rinnovato con una pavimenti in legno, piastrelle in ceramica, nuova cucina e bagni, elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, microonde, tostapane, macchina da caffè, stoviglie, bicchieri, tazze, piatti, pentole, padella. Dispone di 2 camere con un letto matrimoniale ciascuno, e un divano letto matrimoniale in soggiorno così l'appartamento può ospitare 6 persone EASY. Inoltre vi è ferro e IRONBORD DISPONIBILI, asciugacapelli, asciugamani, sapone, shampoo e balsamo, papertowels e carte servizi igienici, nonché. Ci sono tre TV all'interno della casa con i cavi di tv e internet. Il calore è fornito nel inverno e aria condizionata in estate.
Il quartiere è molto AMICHEVOLE un isolato di distanza DALLE milione di case dollaro e MILLION DOLLAR Vista di Manhattan, sicuro e vicino a centri commerciali, ristoranti, caffetterie PARCHI e campi da gioco.

I loved our stay at Paul’s apartment! The surrounding neighborhood is very quaint and calm, with everything you could need within a few blocks at most—7/11, laundromat, liquor store, and great food! Also, it’s only a 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop, and I was surprised how easy it was to get into Manhattan (25 min average) despite us being there New Year’s weekend.
Paul was quick to communicate and consistently available if we needed anything. The apartment slept 3 of us very comfortably. Will definitely stay again when we return to NY!

Snug little place in a great location in Jersey. If you are traveling with a small family this is a pretty good spot to land. 20 minutes or less of a walk to the ferry - which is what we used to get to NY daily. Quiet spot overall! There are restaurants, laundromat, grocery store nearby. All basic amenities are located in the apartment. Paul was an excellent communicator anytime I had a question.

I would stay here again. Only about 20 mins from the city…accessible by bus and subway. Lots of walking though. Very economical with all the conveniences.

We have just arrived back home to Australia after staying for 2 weeks in NJ. This unit was exactly what we needed for our family- 2 adults and 4 kids under 11. There was plenty of room for all of us, full size well equipped kitchen, a court yard out the back to sit outside, close to great shops and restaurants, a laundromat just up the road and the bus stop into Manhatten was a 5 minute walk away. And the view across the river to Manhatten at the end of the street is just STUNNING day and night.
Paul, Adrianna and family are the perfect hosts who we will always remember. Paul was so helpful and able to guide us with everything we needed to know about our trip. Responding with every message or email straight away from the start of the booking many months ago throughout our stay up to our last day there.
Our kids are missing being there already!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO ANYONE LOOKING TO STAY AWAY FROM THE CRAZINESS OF MANHATTEN BUT STILL CLOSE ENOUGH TO VISIT EVERYDAY

We had a nice time at Paul's appartment. It is clean, nice and has everything we needed for our stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm and the house is well communicated with NY via bus. The fact that it is in New Jersey is a plus, so that would mean we left the NY rush and went into a peacefull environment, whish was greatly appreciated.
Paul is an excelent owner that takes care of everything and looks for your confort.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a one-story house, it has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a nice terrace. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet area, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The bus stop to New York City is a 5-minute walk away. The duration of the bus journey is 20-25 minutes.
The hosts, Paul and Adriana, are very kind and help you with everything you need.

Paul was awesome!! Very responsive and offered great suggestions every time I asked. The price was GREAT m, however, now that I completed the visit I would stay in the city. My best friend and i haf to walk from the bus drop off to the apartment each night that we stayed in the city late. If there is a group of people or arbleast a male then stay here and take that quick walk. The NY skyline is beautiful to see every night when you go home. It was perfect size for us.

Great location. We went onto Manhattan every day. Short walk to bus stop. Next time, we just want to stay in the neighborhood and enjoy the diversity, restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. Who needs Manhattan?

Property is in a great neighbourhood close to transit one bus and you are in Manhattan. Suite is clean and great
kitchen if your cooking. The only cons are the living room seats only 2 and furniture needs updating for comfort. NO air conditioning gets warm and you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to master. Lovely Bakery close by and terrific Mexican restaurants. Laundry mat 2 min away. 7-11 across street.

We liked to stay in that apartment as it was located in beautiful quiet neighbourhood and closed enough to the bus stop where we took a bus to Manhattan. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet on street. The kitchen is good and has all necessary tools but dishwasher. We enjoyed to stay there.

Wer nicht im hektischen und lauten Zentrum von Manhattan wohnen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Man ist mir dem Bus in 20 Minuten in der City und zurück und hat in der Wohnung Drive Ruhe.

Great location. Bus stop is about 8 minute walk away and 20 minute ride into the heart of Manhattan. Roomy listing and Adriana and Paul were very warm and hospitable. I will be staying here for my next visit. Great value for a group of 3 or 4 people.

Finally back to NYC
Paul was great. He worked with us on our flight schedule. We were able to check in early and out late. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Very nice place. We would stay here agian.

NYC trip
Our family had a great time at this excellent location. 2 block walk to the bus, busses every 7 minutes, in NYC in 20 minutes. Parking is an adventure the first few days but you'll figure it out. We loved the apt and experience.

Clean and efficient
Clean apartment. Good host . . .very responsive. Nice patio. Full kitchen with all utensils. 2 bedrooms were nice size. You do have to walk thru one to get to the 2nd bedroom if you want to stay inside the apartment . . .but there is a private entrance to the 2nd bedroom off of the hallway (hard to explain). Supermarket only a block and half way on Park Avenue. One block walk to a nice walkway with Manhattan city views. Easy drive to and thru Lincoln Tunnel to visit Manhattan. Had a car so experienced the nighttime parking issues. But if you park during day it shouldn't be a problem. Have to get a $4 a night parking pass at a kiosk a couple blocks away.

Easy access to NYC
This property made it very easy to get to New York City for sightseeing every day. Paul was fantastic to accommodate us with a VERY last minute booking. We were able to have breakfast and dinner at the property, located in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. It was weird to access the front bedroom through the other bedroom, but since we were staying with our son, it was OK. The bed in the front bedroom was VERY uncomfortable for both my husband and I (hence the minus one star), but other than that, we had a great time.

Lots of food options within walking distance..
While I think it is a stretch to call this a luxury apt., it has been updated quite a bit and is well maintained and clean. It is a great value for the area and I would consider staying here again. The outside patio area is a big bonus. The host was very responsive. The neighborhood is walk-able and there are many ethnic food places close-by. We enjoyed several. Parking can be a challenged but the public transportation to get to NYC is great. Its only a 3 blocks to one of the best views int he world...the Manhattan skyline.

Apartment was on the main floor floor. Parking was on the street, which was tough to find most days. One could easily take bus from this location.

Seul petit hic il faut passer dans une chambre pour accéder à la deuxième. Il faut donc mieux être intime avec l'autre couple surtout si les occupants doivent se lever la nuit.
L'accès à Manhattan est facile et prend généralement que 20 minutes par bus. Il suffit de descendre la 63ieme rue vers le fleuve. Toutefois il faut compter 30-40 lors d'un long weekend ( Thanksgiving ) et nous avons quelque fois du faire le trajet debout.
Le fait de pouvoir garer l'auto dans la rue est un gros avantage.
