The buffet breakfast and the location.

The Asia hotel was very spacious. Every room and facility was huge.
The breakfast was good.
I enjoyed the restaurants.
The staff were efficient and helpful especially the concierge.
I liked that it had a pool.
The shower was in the bath and the handles were poorly placed if you needed help getting in and out. The bath base was slippery.
There were no tissues in the room.
The fridge was not cold.
The rooftop pool was closed and the other pool was difficult to get in and out if you don’t have strong legs. It needs another handle or ladder closer to the edge.

Location.
The reception staff are very worse .especially male staff was very bad manner and poor communication skills. So bad way of treating to customer with impatient without smile

The location
It’s very tired, rooms desperately need renovation. Staff were ok but not exactly helpful nor were they particularly friendly.
Check in and check out takes too much time compared to more modern hotels.
Breakfast was not worth it
