The personnel at the hotel consistently exemplified exceptional hospitality and assistance. The Iftar meal was not only delectable but also offered a considerable variety of options. The hotel was conveniently accessible, and the journey to the Haram was uncomplicated. The accommodation provided was not only spacious and immaculate but also ensured utmost comfort. The scenic view offered by the room further enhanced the overall experience.

The beds in the second room lacked headboards and the quality of the sheets was subpar.

On a aimé l’emplacement, le confort des chambres, la qualité de la restauration et la gentillesse des agents de la réception, du restaurant, du lounge et du personnel de Ménage. On a bien aimé également la réactivité de la réception qui nous ont proposé un surclassement suite à une réclamation de notre part au niveau de la première suite qui nous a été donnée.

The location could not get any better. We had an excellent stay during our Umrah visit to Makkah. The room was clean and spacious and the hotel staff went the extra mile to facilitate our children with an extra bed and baby bedding which was very kind. Inshallah, we hope to stay here again in our future visits.

The hotel drop off area is very unassuming and can be improved. It is a shared space with other hotels but I feel the service level an signage can be improved. When we arrived, it was difficult for our driver to find the exact drop off point.

Location was great, room was very comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and no noise. The praying room had also a view on Meccah and the breakfast location as well.

waiting long time for elevators and the check-in process was horrible, waited for more than 30min because some VIP clients had priority and skipped the line

Absolument tout. De l’emplacement à la nourriture en passant par le personnel, on peut difficilement faire mieux. Le cadre est incroyable étant donné que l’hotel est situé à l’intérieur du Mall de la grande horloge, à 2mn à pied du Haram. Le petit déjeuner est varié et excellent. Mention spéciale au personnel de la réception qui nous a surclassés à l’arrivée. Une expérience magnifique.

التغيرات في فيرمونت الذهبي من موقف السياره سابق كان مجاني والان ب 250 وسابق كان بوفيه الفطور خاص بسكان فيرمونت الذهبي الان مع الجميع

Staff were great especially sherbeer very helpful. room was a bit small and old carpet is old looks dirty.we had complimentary breakfast M2 food is good and fresh.M3 food is old got my partner sick.rooms decor needs upgrade.

Clear view of Kaabah. Big enough for 7 pax. Daily supply of fruits basket. Accessibility and convenience to amenities and shops. Excellent reception at Fairmont Gold counter. We will be happy to stay here again.

The reception at M2 when we arrived. Staff was busy with the queue and handed us over to a Concierge to show us the lift to the 28th floor. However the Concierge was already attending to another family and left on our own after pointing to the lift. The lift system was down, forcing us to go back to the counter and wait again to be served. Compliments to Concierge Hassan who went around to find us a lift and waited patiently with us.
