Clean room, comfortable bedding. Although tight on space, the bathroom was nice and shower good.
Although small twin room, it was adequate for a two night stay. Good central location.
We were out most of the time, but when in our room you could hear everything from the room next door.
2nd floor reception and rooms (did have a lift). Evenings a small hassle having to call reception to allow entry.

Location is exceptionally good, right in the heart of Chueca, perfect for LGBT tourism, and also 2 minutes away from Gran Via subway. Tons of options to eat nearby and convenience stores to make your visit to Madrid as smooth as possible. Staff was friendly and they allowed us to leave our bags in the hotel after check out until our flight late at night.
Building is old and could easily hear what other people talk about (or be heard).

The location was excellent
My room was near the desk and the staff were very noisy speaking to each other at the top of their voices.
I had to open my door and ask them to be quiet but they took no notice.
