elevators were not working properly. You had to go down to the pool before 8 as lounge chairs were insufficient

Piscina y Habitacion. La vista no fue la esperada.

Mal servicio en recepcion, ya que no cumplen lo que dicen para la facturacion....Una vez cobrado todo....a batallar para conseguir dicha factura. La comida no es de buena calidad para el costo que pago. Te cobran todo????.....y muy costoso...comparado a otros hoteles Resort....sus instalaciones no cumplen las expectativas.

El excesivo costo de cualquier servicio extra a la habitación. Te rentan camastros en la alberca aunque estén desocupados, sus restaurantes son muy costosos. El servicio de mini bar en la habitación es exagerado el costo, hasta un 300% mas caro.

El area de la alberca está muy bien, cuentan con un club kids el cual durante mi estancia fue gratis y me encantó el trato hacia mis hijas por parte de las encargadas de dicho club

A excepción de la concierge, la niñera y recepción el demás personal se porto un poco especial como por ejemplo la Sra de la limpieza nunca relleno los jabones, shampoo, etc al solicitar apoyo con unas pilas para el control de la televisión me dijeron que no subirían a mi habitación y al bajar por ellas sin problema me dijeron de Recepcion que hubiese llamado para no bajar, en algunos buffets como el de desayunos pareciera que a la sra responsable de servir algunos desayunos te estaba haciendo un favor gratuito por el precio que paga uno por persona se me hace una falta de respeto y la otra es que ahora todo sugieren una propina y si no quieres el trato es muy diferente

Las instalaciones eran hermosas y la decoración con muy buen gusto. La atención del personal es excelente.

I liked the location where the Hotel was located in an upscale neighborhood and across the street from a golf course. The food at the all hotel restaurants were all very good and the prices were reasonable. I would book a stay there again if I am returning to that area of Mexico.i

It would have been nice to have a free Airport shuttle since it's very close to the Airport.

Just a good hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff. Not the 'big hotel' feeling like most hotels in Cancun. Good big breakfast buffet.

Some parts of hotel could be updated bit, beach front cantina could be more authentic in Mex food instead Tex mex. In the other hotel restaurant really good ceviche.

Property was clean and well managed. Staff were helpful. I was able to workout with a great gym facility best I’ve seen at a resort. Pool area was clean and well managed by staff.

I did not like that is far from downtown. I had to pay a lot on taxis.

Pool was fabulous, closeness to Marina and restaurants there - great! WE dined at 2 of the 4 restaurants on the property (Casitas and Mikado) food was great. Our housekeeping lady Yasmeen Hernandez was terrific- any request she got it to us right away and keep our room very clean. Thank you Yasmeen.

People at front desk- THREE times I told them about my sock that fell to lower lever patio and they did nothing. Also requested a bathrobe and shower mat ( safety reasons for this), did not get these until we requested them from our wonderful housekeeping person, Yasmeen

the rooms were clean and good size

first of all, other hotel staff was great… loved the bellhop team, especially Gustavo and Santiago. super helpful and friendlywe arrived early for our check in and were told our room wasn’t ready… understandable. but when we came back at 3 which was the agreed upon check in time, our room still wasn’t ready and they asked for another 30 minutes. note that I noticed other guests were offered a drink voucher but we were not. we came back at 3:30 and they gave us a key and when I went into the room… someone else’s stuff was already in there! they had double booked the room! this was a huge mistake. when I went to complain they were barely apologetic and were not even communicating with me about how they were addressing it. they finally begrudgingly agreed to compensate with half the rate and a late check out but didn’t think their error should also include a comped meal. our kids were going crazy because they needed a nap and we were supposed to check in at 3 and the front desk needed another 1.5 hours to clean the room. we didn’t get into our room until around 5 with 2 cranky kids. it doesn’t get better. the next day we were promised our room until 2pm. we tried to get back in after lunch to pack up our stuff and the key had been deactivated! we again had to wait in line to get our key reactivated and they tried to blame it on the lock battery and not actually the fact that they didn’t actually extend our check out as promised. then on top of that, when I finally did check out, they had NOT removed half the room rate. it was a mess. I very disappointed as there were multiple opportunities to make this situation right with proper tone and customer service and instead I got a lot of attitude and it was like I had to ask them to compensate for their mistakes. we spent way too much time waiting in line to get keys to our room or fix the key situation when we could have been enjoying the property and relaxing. very disappointed.

The room, the beach, pool bar, all of the restaurants were amazing. The staff was so helpful and friendly! We enjoyed the welcome drinks and tequila tasting as well as the beautiful scenery of the compound. It really was the best hotel I've stayed in Puerto Vallarta.
