Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Club All Inclusive

3rd time visiting so everything felt familiar. Small changes this year but having the garden restaurant open for pizza and sweet treats in the afternoon. Staff were always attentive. Restaurant staff work endlessly clearing tables and getting drinks if you need them. They are not bar staff but helpful waiters.

Bar queues could be avoided with the pool bar and golf bar open at the same peak times. Adil did his best at all times.

Very clean, amazing facilities, amazing entertainment, all staff were lovely and helpful - house keeping services were amazing (thuraya was lovely). Loved the stay, very family friendly!

Only downfall was the food, breakfast was okay but throughout the rest of the day we only ate pizza and chips as the food wasn’t to our liking at all unfortunately.

Its our 3rd time in this hotel and again we loved it and kids enjoyed everything. Plenty of pools and slides to keep the kids occupied and great buffet with massive variation of food. Cant not mention the staff that makes the difference in this place so big mention to : Mr Morad from restaurant who looked after us every night. Mr Ayoub from Bar day staff. Mrs Ghita from housekeeping who made sure kids are happy with the beds. Everyone is nice and educated and very helfpful . Reception staff . Rida restaurant as well. Special thanks as well to Haj Idrissi. We will be coming back again

Nothing not to like in this place

Food was great, we were upgraded to a bigger room.

Half the water slides weren’t open. Water was very cold! Room had bright yellow lights and no lamps so couldn’t read in bed and it wasn’t relaxing. Very stingy with drinks portions and bar was often closed so you had to look for another one that was open. Wanted to play table tennis but they run out of balls and when we asked for them they said they would buy one the next day, but they never did.
