Great location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the benefits of unlimited access for visiting the Castle as guests. During our brief stay, we visited the castle twice :D
Also walking the grounds was with leisure at our own pace. We managed to fit in for a Segway ride during our stay although this was optional as we pre-booked this separately with Southern Segway.
There were no guide on how to operate the TV in our bedroom, so we did not managed to tune on the TV to catch-up with BBC News. But this is not a major issue.

The staff working everywhere from the reception to the castle grounds were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The Churchill room where we stayed had everything we needed and we had a very good night sleep as the bed was so comfortable. The meals we had were delicious and the prices were good, especially considering the stunning view of the castle that we had while having breakfast/lunch. The nicest surprise was that the entrance fee for the castle and the beautiful castle grounds was included in our 1 night stay for the day of arrival AND the day we left - with so much to do in this wonderful place we will definitely come back for more. Thanks for making us feel so welcome and doing such a great job in general!
