Mall Suites Hotel

Very affordable, and clean - huge room!. It was really close to the Muay Thai stadium my daughter was fighting at so it was ideal location for us. There are a lot of markets near by and a big shopping centre across the road.

Hotel was a bit dated but it was all we needed for our short stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

It was in a great location by enormous shopping centre, markets and train. The reception staff were lovely and friendly, and always went the next mile trying to help. The rooms were so clean. Each day the rooms were returned to spotless.

When walking into reception there was the same face sitting and eating meals in public view near the door you enter to the lifts, but still in reception area. We thought this dragged the feel of the place down on our arrival, and each time we left and returned for the day it was the same. Meals from people with an interest in the business should be had behind closed doors in my opinion. No coffee provided in rooms was unusual given they provided a kettle. From my vast travel experience tea & coffee is provided at all hotels at this money bracket.

Fine location. Really nice people. Nice to be welcomed by the owner. Lovely place to see the fireworks with new years eve We were guided to the restaurant where there was a private party. They gave us room service. But the food wasn't to good.

It all seemed a bit old... The shower was mouldy and no ventilation. The apartment was big but a bit scruffy, stains on the table and sofa. There was no coffee or thea. i would really change the lights, like you are in the spotlight, even in the bedroom
