We had a great stay! The cottage was nicely updated and very clean. The location was perfect for our visits to the various towns in Cape Cod.

Overall was a nice little cottage for our stay in cape cod. It was our first time visiting the area but the neighborhood seemed very safe. Was equipped with the very basics. Indoor fireplace does not work, but we were able to use the outdoor fire pit. Would stay again!

The cottage was nicely decorated with a beach theme and had a comfortable living room with nice tv and plenty of channels. The kitchen was nicely stocked with modern amenities. The bedrooms had plenty of space, and our bed was comfortable. The location was easy to access. We enjoyed our week in this cozy cottage!

Great stay

We really loved this cozy cottage! It was the perfect place to escape the speed of the cities and work! Very calm and quiet environment with many small details and a perfect starting point for trips in the area of Cape Cod as well as to Boston. The fact that the house is fully wooden, that the terrace and garden can be used for breakfast and dinner and that the only noices you hear are animals (birds) make this a small paradise. Feelgood factor = 100%!!

Thanks for allowing a wonderful week like I remember from childhood trips. This cottage was an easy less-than-a-mile walk to beaches and famous classic Cape ice cream and seafood places. The Dennis beaches are quiet, calm, and small so perfect for relaxing. It's a great location that allows for a day trip to Provincetown and most other things within a half hour. The cottage itself was great-- comfortable, clean, and in good repair.

My mom is an avid gardener, and she’s always wanted to attend the Cape Cod Hydrangea festival. This cottage was the perfect jumping off point to explore all of the Cape, from Falmouth to Chatham and I’ll points in between. We even took a drive up to Provincetown! This little cottage provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

The place may look small from the outside but you walk in to a comfortable, vaulted, sky lighted living room that opens up the entire space. The bedrooms were large, well lit, easy shades and comfortable beds. The bathroom is small, but so what. There's space around the sink, under the sink and in the medicine cabinet to put all of your things. There's a dining room table if needed for eating or a great place to recharge electronics. The outdoors has two Adirondack style chairs, a beautifully lit back deck with table and umbrella and a cold/hot outdoor shower. The kitchen had everything needed. We didn't even care there was no dishwasher. The walk to the beach is simple. There's places to eat, shop and pass a rainy day nearby. It's a perfect place for three adult people to coexist with spaces to read and lounge. Absolutely spotless; enjoyed every minute of the stay.

Our stay could not have been better. The house was exactly as described and the homeowners were easy to communicate with. Location is very convenient. We enjoyed our stay in Dennis and will definitely be back!

We were so happy with the property in every way!!! Great location in Dennisport...bike ride to wherever just a quick pedal away. Very well and kept and cared after: extremely comfortable and clean, superbly stocked in every way for a beach vacation, great outdoor space, gracious hosts....and close to ocean!! The owners have obviously put a lot of love into the beach cottage in every way. The stocked kitchen, linens, outdoor furniture and even beach gear if you needed it was available for our usage. This on top of great communication with the owners made for a fabulous week for our family of four!! Thank you for a great stay!!

As described. We enjoyed the outdoor shower. It was a nice quaint cottage with single bathroom indoors and two bedrooms. Very close to the main highway and to West dennis Beach.

We are from the West Coast and wanted a Cape Cod sampler week. This was a great location. Very close to the beach, and not more than an hour away from anything on the Cape. The house is even cuter than the picture shows because they added two lovely hydrangea bushes. The indoor eating area was sufficient for five, but we ended up being more comfortable on the back patio most of the time. I did envision us walking to the beach, but when practicality set in with beach chairs, towels, and three kids, it didn’t end up making sense after all. It is nearly a mile to the beach and the street doesn’t have a sidewalk. The house feels so light and breezy. The skylights and the white furniture give it such a fresh Cape Cod feel. Since we came in on a plane, we didn’t bring a bunch of toys and extra stuff for the kids. That was the one thing I wish there had been at the house. We ended up buying some beach toys, puzzles, and coloring books for the kids to use while we were there. But if you are driving in, I would just say bring your own entertainment for your kids for the times that you are sitting at the house. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and we didn’t have any problems. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage! The location was excellent, walking distance to ice cream, a delicious deli, a couple of great dinner spots and most importantly the beach! The cottage had everything we needed, it was clean, and updated nicely. The owner was very nice, helpful and provided us some great recommendations for food and activities to do with the kids. I would highly recommend a stay at this cottage!

We had a great time! The property was very nice and exceeded our expectations! The owner was great to work with and very responsive! We hope to go back next summer and would def look to stay here again!

My friend and I rented this lovely cottage for the week of July 4th to escape the city and we had a great stay! Tom was wonderful to rent from, he was communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The house is in a very convenient location and is squeaky clean and super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking supplies, the towels and linens were fresh, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor shower and cute backyard were perfect! Thanks for a great vacation, would highly recommend this property!

We just completed a wonderful week long vacation at this beautiful home. Due to COVID 19, our wedding at a local hotel was canceled. Since we still wanted to get married, we had a small ceremony at a friend's house in Dennis and stayed at this house for our honeymoon. It had everything we needed. Very easy walk or bike to the beach. There are plenty of great restaurants, sandwich shops, grocery stores, and ice cream shops close by. The property was very clean, the owner, Tom, was very nice and responsive to any questions we had. The cottage is as cute as it is in the pictures. We highly recommend it.
