HOTEL MYSTAYS Higashi Ikebukuro

I had a great stay here and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone visiting Tokyo. The location is very convenient, with easy access to multiple train stations and a 7-Eleven directly across the street. There is also a nearby shopping mall with a Pokémon Center, which is a nice bonus if you’re a Pokémon fan. The room was nice, clean, and cozy, and I really appreciated the extra amenities. My room had a small kitchen setup with a sink and electric induction cooktop, a full private bathroom with strong water pressure, and independent air conditioning. The hotel also offers free umbrella rentals, which came in very handy during my stay. There is a currency exchange machine onsite, and the front desk is staffed 24/7, which is especially helpful if you arrive in Tokyo late. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They can also assist with services such as forwarding your luggage to your next hotel or even to the airport, which made travelling around Japan with luggage much easier. Overall, I had a very comfortable and convenient stay. The combination of the location, room amenities, helpful staff, and extra services made this a great choice for Tokyo. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

La posizione tra la stazione metro di otsuka e ikebukuro (pochi minuti a piedi) ti permette di andare ovunque. Il servizio lavanderia è ottimo e anche le macchinette per le bibite. Check-in e check out in modo self sono stati velocissimi ma in caso di bisogno lo staff è molto disponibile. La camera metratura negli standard giapponesi ma comunque ben fornita e letto super comodo. Molto apprezzato il "noleggio" ombrelli gratuito. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti talmente che a breve prenoteremo il nostro soggiorno per il 2027.

La ubicación me parece buena ya que tiene una línea que recorre las zonas principales para hacer turismo y el barrio muy cómodo y tranquilo

Me hubiera gustado tener plancha para la ropa y que quizás agua gratis que otros hoteles aveces lo ofrecen

Decent price for last minute booking, around 14k per night, booking it on same day. They provided a cord (you can find it on the drawer) in order to be able to charge the phone while in bed

The smell in the corridor, I had opened the window to allow some ventilation but it was soon closed by staff members. Most of the time we had to wait and let pass many elevator because they were already full. 2 small elevator for 12/14 floors of 15/20 room each, is not enough. The mattress was very very hard, and one with springs…. I don’t love white lights.
