The location and views were great. Nice to be able to chill by the beach and have a lazy walk around in the evening, there are plenty of other hotels or restaurants, shops and interesting statues and marina so we had something to do in the evenings
Pool area most of the day was fully covered in the shade, not great as we came for a sunny holiday, ended up not using the pool facilities at all which is a shame as we chose a hotel with a pool (the pool was very small too)
Food was not great, I understand that the hotel is very popular among German tourists so maybe the food was chosen to match their needs but I would have enjoyed more variety, more quality traditional Spanish food. Most of the food felt lower quality quality

Our room was upgraded to sea-view, was fantastic suprise at arrival🤩
Staff was really kind, the restaurant is exceptional.

Excellent location, beautiful spacious room ( we got a free upgrade to a roof top suite)
Excellent breakfast , helpful staff and a really clean well run hotel .
Lifts were very small, the luggage trolley would not fit in the lifts
We travelled with a toddler in a buggy , the buggy and 2 adults were squashed in one of the lifts

We like the view and location.
Mattresses are old and the food can definitely be improved.
Last but not least, someone stole 2 of my most expensive makeup products from my room. Other small products were missing during our long two weeks stay … I would not recommend this hotel to friend or family.
