Room we stayed was big and spacious with outdoor private onsen. They even had CD Player with selection of relaxing music and a massage chair. The fireplace at the lounge area was a great place to relax with a glass of wine :) after a nice onsen bath. It's not only the design and the concept of the hotel that we like, but also the professionalism of the staff. The staff were very friendly and professional. The Restaurant staff, Mr Dragon 原龙 was very helpful ,very professional ,service oriented and attentive. Thank you so much !

good and clean onsen and hot stone sauna. great variety of dishes available for dinner and breakfast buffet using fresh local food taste great. the lounge is huge and luxury.

Bathroom could be renovated

Breakfast and Dinner were fabulous and the view over the snowy landscape was beautiful in this very well presented restaurant. The staff were very friendly , especially Miura in Reception, she couldn't have been more helpful. The amenities in this hotel are great, and the Onsen was exceptional, especially the outdoor one in the snow! What an experience!
