The ladies are welcoming, chatty, helpful.
Breakfast has great range - fresh fruit, juice, seeds, gorgeous yoghurt, cereals, full cooked etc. Well cooked, quick service, lovely breakfast room.
Great lication for town and coast.
TV was a bit small for my old eyes! That's a "me" thing! And I hadn't realise I always watch streamed services, not the Freeview that was available. But there's free Internet, and you're not really in Torquay to watch TV.

We really liked the very central location: about 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the train station. The breakfast was marvellous and plentiful, one of the highlights of our trip: thank you very much! The teas and coffee in the room with kettle and chocolate bars were very much welcome! The two lovely ladies: Sharon and Amanda were very kind, helpful and efficient. It was a pleasure to stay in your beautiful home if only for a few days! We are already looking forward to returning :).
Nothing, really. We were based on the 3rd (top!) floor and there were many steps to navigate before getting to our room. This is not a complaint but something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues. Wi fi on the top floor was also a bit temperamental but we managed.

It was nice and in a good location.
There was no parking.
