Hotel is directly by the tram stop, so it was very convenient. Staff was helpful, room clean. Very fine stay
view from our window was to a concrete wall of the neighbouring building, but we didnt mind, as we were there for the city, not for window viewing.

Very nice hotel in a good location. There's a bus/tram stop right out the front. Breakfast was excellent in a nice restaurant. The room though small was comfortable. I recommend the coffee shop on the second floor as their coffee was amazing.
Nothing.

Posizione ottima, a 15min a piedi dalla stazione, esci dall'hotel e hai familymart e fermate bus e tram a letteralmente un passo. Pulizia ottima, cambio asciugamani e cestini anche quando non è il "giorno pulizia".

It is well-located with bus and tram stops right outside the hotel. There is a convenience and drug store next door. It’s within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants
It is pretty basic. The bathroom is pretty small.
