its location.

bathroom was cramped

Alice was wonderful, very accommodating and great communication. The views out to the lake were amazing. Would highly recommend.

The only downside we found was that there wasn't anywhere nearby to buy groceries, like a bakery to have breakfast on your balcony, plus, no milk was provided in the room to go with the selection of teas that were provided.

Alice was very warm and welcoming

The apartment has a beautiful lake view, and the balcony is a real highlight. The space was a ok size for three people, and supermarkets are an easy drive away. Parking was free.

We stayed for 10 days during the holidays to relax after our busy lives in the city. However, our stay was too long given what the property offers. Despite booking the penthouse in September, we did not receive the unit with the front lake-view kitchen and lake-view bedroom, which was very disappointing. I wish we could reserve the exact apartment we chose at the time of booking to avoid such disappointment. Each apartment has a name, so this could be easily done. Noise was the biggest issue; we could hear everything from the apartments beside and below us. Most nights, we could hear people talking past midnight, and early in the morning. Additionally, the hot water was sometimes inconsistent, which was uncomfortable in December. Lastly, one cleaning was provided, but as a courtesy, since it is usually charged. Also you need to buy coffee pods since only a few are given; extras can be purchased from the hotel. Be aware of extras fees.
