I've stayed here many times. It's not the ritziest place, and you kinda have to set your expectations correctly. HOWEVER, the location, right next to Dasoudi Beach, is great. You also get a whole apartment, and a kitchen to make meals, at a price that's hard to beat in Limassol, especially at the sea-front. In other words, not without its faults/negatives, but still excellent value.
This trip, I had nothing to complain about except the crows making a racket at dawn. Unfortunately, they like the beach too. :-) The TV options are a bit skimpy, but this time I had my tablet with me to watch some Netflix.

The location is great. It's on the main road at the tourist's end. The apartment is a fair size. Lots of hot water. I didn't feel unsafe in the apartment. Beds were reasonably comfy.
It was really dirty. I have stayed in cheap apartment ls before and am not bothered by old furniture but this was dirty. The kitchen cupboards were rotting. The oven only had one hob that worked. I had to wash the crockery before we used it. The air con unit had poured dirty water down the patio door and it was filthy
