Location: pretty close to the train station, about 3 mins? Breakfast: a choice of western & Japan. The western one is a buffet style and has a very good range of choice

Perfect location across the street from the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast, a fabulous view and great staff throughout the hotel. They really went out of their way to help non-Japanese speakers. We will definitely return on our next visit to Toyama.

Seems the breakfast is impossible to book

Not all staff are able to speak English. There was power trip and the room phone is totalling out. Have to go downstairs. Only last day staff told us to use phone near the lift. Only 1 pillow provided for 1 bed.

staff was so friendly and helpful, spacious lobby, right in front of the train station, lots of malls and shops nearby.

Room ia big and near to toyama station.

Breakfast is good. You have a choice of 4 cooked items and the buffets. If you are in a rush to check out by 6.30am, you can have the cooked item and finish them as fast as you can, grab a coffee and run.

Staff at reception doesn't seem to be friendly. Just strictly business. Wish there is a public bath
