The location is great and the beds were comfortable. We were on the top floor which had a pretty outlook. We did not have a car being close to the centre suited us as were in Byron Bay for the writers festival, which is excellent.

The Apartment was tired and in need of refurbishment. Quite a bit of wear and tear, the sofas needed a clean. I would imagine the apartment would be popular as it is located near Clarkes beach. My friend arrived before me and found it difficult to access the keys. And no one on reception for the five days we were staying there. The pavement just after the first Clarkes beach car park is not lit and quite uneven. We are older and were a bit nervous walking back at night.

Two things require attention: the flush in the on suite toilet needs to be fixed The dishwasher doesn’t seem to be working Otherwise it’s perfect. Thank you
