If we could give Terrie and her property 10 stars we would!! The house was immaculately clean, spacious and well appointed. You can literally just drive up and settle in. Everything we could have needed was already provided, including little extras that I'd asked about before we arrived, which was so appreciated!! She even gave us some amazing recommendations for shopping, restaurants and activities! The location is ultra convenient, being close to both downtown and Decatur. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and neighbors were very friendly. We felt very safe here, and thanks to Terrie's kind heart and hospitality, very welcome too. She is the best! I can't say how great this entire experience was enough. We would stay here again and again.

My dad, brother and I had a great time staying at here and would definitely recommend anyone to book this place. Terrie was a lovely host and available for anything we needed. The next time I stay in Atlanta, I will definitely want to book this place again!

New finishes and very clean. A few modest amenities are missing.
The transitional neighborhood is still in progress of transitioning
