The area and building is beautiful and the facilities were clean and fresh throughout. The staff were helpful and lovely too!
I had no issues with the property or my stay - however it would be good to update the beds/rooms to build in plug sockets/usbs within the individual bunks

Hostel has great location, nearby the park. The bed was comfy, there are also shelfs for storing personal belongings, although there is no lockers.
I was in a 6-bed female room, but there are only 3 sockets in the room, and they are located in the middle of the room. There was also a problem with the door, as if not closed properly the alarm went on, and you had to slam the door few times in order to close them properly. Towels are not included when booking the dormitory bed, so had to pay 3 pounds for it.

The location was amazing, some beautiful parks and tourist attractions in the area. It was little far away from city centre. But walkable and with good access to transit. The common rooms were gorgeous.
The beds were a little narrow. The shower room door lock was a little broken.

The location was not friendly at all. The were no lifts and we have to climb with heavy luggage. There was little heating however the second day the was no heating and we felt extremely cold. The bathing water was also cold the second day. It was unbearable as it was winter too.
