We booked executive room, so definetly it aws very nice big room. The breakfast was good (not more than good). Onsen (SPA) very nice and big, but

We’d booked an ‘Executive’ room, so we had access to the business lounge on 2nd fl, and it was just ridiculous!! The standard was so low that I’ve never seen anything like it. My message to management: You might as well take down the sign saying You’re not allowed to take anything away from this buffet straight away", because there’s simply nothing there worth taking. Business snacks at a hotel or airport should at least include sandwiches; in Japan, perhaps sushi; but all you offer is nuts. And the choice of drinks… Goodness me, it all looks so meagre. At the spa, please ensure there are individual mats in the steam room!! Having only damp or sweat-soaked towels to sit on – which have been left lying there for at least several hours or even a whole day – does not meet your hotel’s standards.

We stayed 5 nights and it was great.

There was a sofa a bit strangely placed in the room. It probably sleeps a third person but for two it is weird.

Onsen bellissimi; camere decisamente top; servizio eccellente; professionalità dello staff

La distanza dal centro

Location OK (the city is small so everything is walking distance, no particular advantage versus other hotels), great common areas, rooms reasonably spacious, fantastic breakfast and dinner 10/10, the onsen(s) were also great, the souvenir shop is large and very well stocked, not your typical hotel shop but much better.

It was a bit on the expensive side, just a notch, but we wanted to splurge and it was well worth it. If your budget allows it, go for it.
