Gamma Puebla Señorial Centro

It has an excellent location, rooms were small not a lot of space for the clothes but comfortable. Big bed and comfy. The staff were very helpful and kind.

we were two in the room so no a lot of space for the clothes.

Room was functional, not big but quite enough and great for the price I paid. It had AC which was nice as the days were quite hot. We had good rest there. Location is also great as you can walk to several touristic places or rides.

In the morning some cleaning staff was speaking loudly outside our room, which woke us up. This was discussed with the front desk and they told us they were going to talk with them.

The beds were very comfortable. And the location is close to the main square.

Everything was perfect.

Good location, clean rooms, nice place

The staff at check in at night gave me a room with the wrong bed I asked and he told me I will have it on the next day, the staff on day shift call me and tell me they don't have a room available with the bed that I reserved and try to charge me for an upgrade, I asked if I get anything for the downgrade for the night before she said no and hanged up on me, went down to the front desk asking for the room that I reserved and after almost an argument she gave me a better room (no what I paid for) and after that all the front desk staff had a bad actitud with me and my husband
