The remarkable staff add an extra star! Great big "Thank you" to the manager Mr Jusup for making my stay comfortable, to Honey, Hamed at reception (sorry for forgetting the other names) for all your help, to Housekeeping for keeping me clean and tidy every day, to Tito and Sudhil at the Shisha bar for the nice coffees and tasty juices! The hotel is right in the centre of things. All you need is either on the same street or a few minutes' walk away...and it will be quite challenging to choose from the many restaurants around.

I didn't like at all the hotel service honestly waste of money. Not at all recommended. Waste of money

Power sockets are not working. Even we inform several time but they are not caring about anything.

The Parkings are not enough

Hot water not coming even after switching on heater and kept for more then 30 minutes. In morning rush time to go airport this is one kind of stress.

The facilities and the location.

Room service and room conditions. Most of the air conditioners don't work. We switched between 3 rooms until we found a good operating A/C functional room. All that after many calls to the front desk and arguments with the staff.
