Amazing staff and the location is good.
nothing.

Only stayed one night in a smoking twin room. The hotel is conveniently located near local shops and big malls, also near the train station even though it offers free shuttle service to the airport which needs to be booked in advanced the night before

close to the station and had a free shuttle bus in the morning to get to the airport
when checking in the guy was super nice, and when i told him i spoke a little bit of japanese he tried really hard to speak slowly so we could have the whole interaction in japanese, which was super appreciated.
not much, onsen is at another hotel so could be a drawback for others.
