Wide apartment and very nice position, close to U4 / U5 -Station (Schwanthalerhöhe) (3 minutes walking), Restaurants (as Augustiner Bürgerheim), and coffee shops (as Zöttl Bäckerei-Konditorei, and the picturesque Marais). I suggest visitors to by the Week Ticket (aka IsarCard) which let you travel on every mean (Bus, Tram, U-Bahn, and Train (S)). Look for specific vending machines esposing MVV logo.
a bit early the check-out time.

Alloggio semplice ma pulito e completo di tutto. Posizione molto comoda e in una zona con vari locali. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Non c’è ascensore.

It was very clean and tidy. The room was spacious with table and chairs. The communal facilities are well looked after. It is close to the metro and the main train station is within walking distance.
The room was very warm during the heatwave, not the owners fault though as this could not be foreseen when I booked and I booked knowing there was no air conditioning.
