Kleines Hotel in der Altstadt von Sirmione. Sehr saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten, neues Bad, Balkon mit Blick auf den See (Zimmer 29). Täglich wurde Kaffee und Wasser aufgefüllt. Frühstück war gut mit frischem Obst und Müsli. Sogar frisch gepresster Orangensaft. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Fenster, halten den morgendlichen Lärm der Müll-, Anliefer- und Kehrfahrzeuge fern. Und die der Vögel, die um 5 Uhr schon so aufgeregt sind. 😉 (bei leichtem Schlaf sollte man das Fenster geschlossen halten, da Nachts der Brunnen der Therme gegenüber dauerhaft plätschert)

Waren zum ersten Mal am Gardasee und ohne Auto. Daher würden ggf. nächstes mal eine andere Lage /Ort wählen, die für uns besser geeignet ist um sich am Gardasee fortzubewegen. Viel Umsteigen in Bussen wenn man irgendwo hin möchte. Aber das soll kein Kritikpunk an der Unterkunft sein. Nur ein Hinweis für Leute die mit dem Flieger anreisen und mehr erkunden wollen.

Le personnel était très accueillant et à l écoute. Chambre très propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner impeccable et varié. Hôtel bien placé en face des thermes et d un parc. Chouette terrasse au calme. Très pratique et cadre très agréable ! La literie était très bien. J y retournerai certainement 😉

Ótima localização - bem no centro da cidade histórica.

O acesso, de carro é muito difícil. Leva-se muito tempo para atravessar a cidade histórica, com muitos turistas em ruas muito estreitas e com horários pré-definidos de entrada. Não se pode entrar com o carro de dia, à exceção de 2 horas após o almoço e 2 horas de noite.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was perfect too 🙂 we also had a great view of the lake !

Not much I can fault for the price

A spectacular hotel located right in the very historic centre of Sirmione, across the street from the biggest spa. The room was very nice and functional with free water bottles provided daily. The best thing about the stay for the insane breakfast, easily best breakfast I have ever had in any 3 star hotel. An incredible selection of fresh fruits, an option to make a fresh orange juice, homemade cakes which could not be compared to the typical supermarket cakes and simple croissants, selection of nuts and juices etc etc.

Great breakfast. Excellent location. Room was airy with large balcony. Bathroom and bedroom very clean.

My only issue was the hairdryer was terrible - should be updated.

good location within sirmione. In the centre but not too noisy at night. Very good breakfast with scrambled eggs, fresh cakes, fresh orange juice and fresh strawberries and blueberries. Had a coffee machine. Espresso coffee to order would have elevated it to be excellent

I booked a “lake view” room. I would describe it as an obstructed or partial lake view at best. The pictures only showed their rooms with the best views. So it was a bit deceptive. I wouldn’t have paid the price I did for a partial lake view. I expected the room to match the pictures. Staff member explained that apparently all the rooms on the lake side of the hotel are considered “lake view” despite some of them hardly being able to see the lake and others have outstanding views of the lake. So booking a lake view room is a gamble whether you’re a lucky one (get what you paid for in the pictures) or a dud. Staff member also told me they can’t control whether other hotels are built in front of them obstructing their view of the lake…but these hotels looked like they’d been there decades. What a ridiculous argument. I booked the lake view room which had a complimentary upgrade as part of my genius account on booking. So they tried to tell me I hadn’t actually booked a lake view and that it was just a free upgrade. So should I not expect to receive what I have booked because you’ve offered a promotion? In the end they wouldn’t admit it wasn’t a lake view as advertised but did allow me to reduce my nights of stay. I think they need to introduce different room types on the lake side of the property: “full lake view” and “partial or obstructed lake view”. Otherwise guests should book with caution! Lobby and rooms were a bit tired as well. Place appeared to have almost no money put into it in a long time. Nothing to do with the hotel, but sirmione is sooo crowded, touristy and expensive. Go to lake Como for a more romantic experience
