Camere molto pulite,il personale molto cortese e disponibile.

Super friendly staff, always ready to help. I arrived early in the morning and was offered breakfast & an earlier check-in. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, breakfast is various. There are restaurants & groceries (24/7) nearby.

Would be excellent to have a coffee machine in the breakfast area. The location is a little bit remote from the city center but is achievable via public transport.

For the price it was worth it; good location reachable by bus from the city center, great selection tasty breakfast - also very long period to dine, 7-11 am which is generous! kind and helpful staff, mostly clean and comfy room

Very difficult to lock the door, needed numerous tries and still sometimes could open from the inside. The bathroom door just straight up could not be losed - locked not at all but not even closed:/ I used the room alone so it was ok for me but for 2 ppl that can be awkward. The balcony really needs some shades, curtains bc without them from 7 am the sun shines in. Also an interesting choice by management to start playing music in the lobby every morning from 9 am as a "wake up call" - wasnt particularly happy after my overnight flight so eye mask and ear plugs are recommended. I didnt dare to use the AC bc it looked old and dusty.

Bed was big and very convenient. Linens where good quality and clean. Location is good even it is not in the center. Breakfast was nice with variety of food - cold and hot dishes. We received free botteled water every day, which was a very pleasant surprise.

Bathroom needed a huge renovation - the grout is dirty, the taps and towel rack are rusty and worn; overall, it gives a rather shabby impression. Receptionist upon arrival was very strange after we give our passport and paid for the room he said we can go now - but did not mention where is our room, where we find the elevator, when and where do they provide the breakfast - no information at all. Even there is a sign in the room to drop the towels to the floor if we need to change it to save water - they changed every of our towels every day from the hook. The room was quite windy coming from the balcony door, heating was really noisy.
