OCEANVIEW Salvo - Fourth St. Trova più di un semplice SAFE HAVEN in questa confortevole casa vacanze situata nel sud di Salvo. Gli ospiti hanno quattro camere da letto da scegliere a partire da una camera da letto matrimoniale al primo livello con grande schermo TV / DVD e bagno privato con doppi lavandini, controsoffitti in granito coltivate e una cabina armadio. Altre due camere da letto su questo livello (regina, cuccetta a piramide) condividono un bagno accessibile dal corridoio. Esci dalla porta del ponte posteriore dove troverai la vasca idromassaggio frizzante, ambientata nel punto perfetto per osservare le stelle. La lavatrice / asciugatrice si trova a questo livello per lanciare un carico di asciugamani da spiaggia bagnati dopo una bella giornata trascorsa sotto il sole e la sabbia. La quarta camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale si trova al secondo piano insieme al terzo bagno completo. La grande sala offre una tregua dal resto del mondo nel lusso informale dei divani in pelle di fronte a una grande Smart TV a schermo piatto appesa al caminetto a gas. La cucina è ben attrezzata per una facile preparazione dei pasti e l'adiacente sala da pranzo può ospitare altri tre al bar per la colazione. Esci dalle portefinestre verso il ponte ombreggiato di livello superiore per ammirare le viste sull'oceano blu e rilassati con la tua tazza di caffè al mattino e un buon libro. Prendete SAFE HAVEN quest'anno e state certi che la vostra vacanza è in buone mani.

Pool was great. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate to get full use of the pool. We did not choose to have it heated. Hot tub was nice. Has a lot of steps so if you struggle with climbing a lot of stairs and carrying bags up was a little difficult. Having the two balconies to sit on was nice. Walk to the beach was not bad public access for walking was not too far. House had plenty of space. It was nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans some of the baking pans needed to be replaced due to age and wear.

Leslie reached out to us to assure everything was good. The house was beautiful, clean, and overall a great layout. We enjoyed our stay for sure. We plan to return next year!

VRBO quote was off by $300! So cost a lot more than I had budgeted. Property is renting by surf and sound who has not updated the post in over 2 years. They require insurance (extra cost that was not shown on VRBO). Location is pet friendly and they charged for a pet even though I marked that no pet was coming. Fee was removed once I contacted them but it should never have been added to start with.
Surf and sound was difficult to reach. Called 2 times to discuss the difference in pricing VRBO/their email, never received a call back. Called while at the property about the hot tub not working, they did fix the issue but never notified me. To add insult to charging more.... They email/text several times asking to add on rentals, linens, book for next year.... Super money oriented! Should have spent that energy in having their posting correct.
That said the property was very nice. Plenty of space and privacy. The hot tub is now on the ground floor, not on the deck like shown. Within a short walk to the beach and close enough to several stores/museums. Over all it was a good trip, just not happy with the booking services
