Breakfast not great..small selection for what was included in the room. Service can be slow for USA standards.
Room had ants and moths. Hot water takes a while to get to shower. Beds are very firm. Our room was pretty noisy in the am for being so close to dining facility and staff talking.

Very nice hotel, clean and inviting. Personnel was very helpful and provided a couple tips about the hotel surroundings.
The room was very good, with plenty of space, the bed was great and the bathroom was excellent. The jacuzzi proved very useful to relax after all the day walking in Oaxaca.
Very well located, a few blocks from downtown and surrounded by very good options for food and drinks.
The breakfast was good, but it could improve. They start serving it at 8:00, and we missed it one day because we had to leave earlier for our tour.

Beautiful historic property in a great location, with spacious and very clean rooms, a delicious breakfast served until late, and excellent blackout curtains.
Since the rooms face the central courtyard, they can be quite noisy, especially during breakfast.

Location
The staff is so indifferent and very unpleasant. We had a family situation where my child had to travel with us and were never willing to negotiate for a partial refund, change of dates, etc. when they could easily have said yes.
