Posada La Mies

After a long day walking the Camino we had a wonderful welcome from the owner. We had a suite on the top floor and was a nice size. The property has Spanish Character and is well maintained and a little bit quirky which I loved. This place was great value for money!

We headed off early so can’t tell you about breakfast. The bed was not comfy for me, a little hard but that’s due to individual preference.

The breakfast was continental and very nice. Fresh fruit, meats and cheese. The hotel very kindly paid for a courier that arrived before we did with an important document so this was above and beyond and very much appreciated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Modern shower and bathroom facilities. We booked a junior suite and it had a balcony which was lovely. Decor is quirky, unique and fun with lovely touches everywhere. Close to one of the best restaurants in town - Bar La Posada.

A lovely place with plenty of character, Owner very friendly and helpful. A lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Close to a lovely beach and restaurants. Very good location for the Camino.

Room was very small really only enough space for one. More shampoo and shower gel needed in bathroom. No air con , bed felt very old and creaky.
