The location was excellent. Next to the park, shopping street and many restaurants. The staff was decent and helpful. Wi-Fi worked well. Unfortunately I had no time but the hot breakfast looked very good.

Que ya está un poco viejo el hotel y que las renovaciones que le han hecho, por ejemplo en el baño, no están muy bien hechas.

Excelente ubicación a un precio muy accesible. Tiene estacionamiento propio, un restaurante con buffet en el desayuno y Barrio Antiguo está a 10 minutos caminando.

Los cajones del mueble debajo de la tele estaban mojados (probablemente alguien derramo agua en ellos y no la limpiaron) la cerradura de la puerta no cerraba bien.

La ubicación es excelente.

Las habitaciones en malas condiciones, no hubo luz en el baño, las cortinas rotas,las ventanas super sucias, la relación con el precio y las instalaciones no son congruentes. El restaurante, el bufet desayuno muy bien, sin embargo las bebidas mal preparadas, sin sabor etc.

una muy deficiente limpieza de las fundas de las camas, aparte de eso se veian viejas y super gastadas. una recomendación es que cuiden mas las condiciones de la ropa de cama. daban la impresión de estar sucias.

The hotel stinks. The room was suffocating.

The location is perfect for visiting the central area of Monterrey. There are many restaurants and shops selling all kinds of products so close to the hotel. The staff are kind and friendly.

The elevator 🛗 is a bit older, but it works most of the time.

Shower drained poorly at the moment to take a shower got full of water to your ankles. Even reception was notified. It was a bad smell every time I washed my hand from the drain. No enough hot water. Heater and cooler didn't worked.. I booked a room with microwave. And the hotel couldn't get a microwave..

The hotel is outdated, The weather was a little cool outside, but inside the hotel was hot. They said that due to the hotel being old, if the weather outside was cold inside the hotel the heater would automatically turn on making the room extremely hot. We slept with the windows open since the A/C did not work.

Well a lot of requirements to take elevator, to use parking lot , bathroom is too small , installations are very old , communication system is old too...Isnt comfortable....
